Autism Voyage needed a solution that combined accessible content with seamless funnels and lead nurturing tools.

We built a hybrid ecosystem by combining WordPress for content delivery with GHL for marketing automation.

To boost credibility and visibility, we integrated an EEAT-based blogging framework. It helps strengthen trust in the content but also improves SEO, helping families find reliable resources more easily.

2. Solution Directory

The Solution Directory page serves as a central hub for anyone seeking professional, medical, or non-profit support.

It brings together a curated collection of specialists, businesses, and organizations dedicated to helping families impacted by autism.

With easy-to-use filters, visitors can quickly find the exact type of support they need, and with just a click, they can book a call directly with the right provider.

3. Lead Magnets

We designed multiple lead magnets to provide families with immediate value while also strengthening Autism Voyage’s engagement funnel. Lead magnets are a crucial part of any marketing strategy because they not only attract new leads but also build trust by delivering practical, high-quality resources upfront.

Among the resources created were two downloadable PDFs:

We also created dedicated landing pages for each lead magnet.

4. GHL Checkout & Funnels

GoHighLevel is a powerful marketing automation platform that has proven to be a great fit for Autism Voyage. We used it to manage the entire lead magnet process, ensuring that the connection with leads didn’t end once they downloaded the resource.

Instead, every lead was seamlessly sent into GoHighLevel, where they entered a nurturing sequence and received ongoing educational emails. We also integrated the platform into the checkout process, making it a central tool for both engagement and conversion.

The integrated WordPress and GHL setup gave Autism Voyage a powerful balance of content and conversion tools. EEAT-driven blogs established the platform as a trusted authority, while lead magnets captured interest and expanded the subscriber base, boosting engagement.

Automated GHL workflows reduced manual effort through auto-responders and sequences, and the WordPress CMS provided the scalability needed for continuous growth in content and resources.
