Wholesale enquiries up 35 percent, form submissions doubled.
Exportize is a UK exporter of tyres and automotive products, sourced in China and sold to wholesale distributors. Its site did not reflect that. We planned a structure around wholesale buyers, sharpened the messaging, designed the site and placed the enquiry forms where a distributor would look. Qualified wholesale enquiries rose 35 percent, contact form submissions doubled, and time on the key product pages went from 1 minute 20 to 2 minutes 45.

A presence that undersold a serious exporter
Exportize sources in China and supplies distributors across the world, particularly the Caribbean, on reliability, price and long-term partnership. The site said none of that.
A site that hid what they could do
Exportize's existing digital presence did not properly reflect its capabilities or its positioning. A distributor landing on it could not tell how the sourcing worked, how reliable the supply was or why this company rather than any other trader.
Hard to tell apart from a generic trading company
The value proposition was not clear. Reliability, competitive pricing and long-term partnerships are the business, but the messaging did not say so, and nothing set Exportize apart from the generic trading companies a wholesale buyer compares it with.
No clear route for a distributor to enquire
The business runs on wholesale distributors, not retail buyers, and the objective was qualified B2B enquiries rather than casual ones. That needs clear enquiry pathways and calls to action written for a buyer, and a foundation that can grow with international operations.
A strong and credible online presence that communicated export capabilities and supply reliability, positioned Exportize as a long-term wholesale supply partner, generated qualified B2B enquiries and gave them a scalable foundation for international growth. The objectives, as the case study lists them
What we planned, wrote, designed and kept improving
The design is the visible part. The B2B structure under it, and the messaging on it, are what turned visits into wholesale enquiries.
A structure built for wholesale buyers, not retail
We started with a B2B strategy aimed at wholesale buyers rather than retail customers. The site structure was built around export capabilities, tyre and automotive product sourcing, competitive pricing, partnership-driven messaging and clear enquiry pathways, and every page was mapped to move a distributor one step closer to getting in touch.

A value proposition a distributor can repeat
The biggest shift was in the words. We helped Exportize clarify its value proposition, put reliability and long-term partnership at the front, say plainly how strong its sourcing is, and separate itself from generic trading companies. The site now reads as a dependable international automotive supplier, with the managing director's own words on the about page.

A corporate identity that reads as a supplier
The design is clean, professional and built to carry authority in the automotive trade: a strong corporate identity, structured layouts, a clear hierarchy of information, a tone pitched at global buyers and trust-building elements throughout. The aim was a site a wholesale distributor would feel confident dealing with.

Forms and calls to action placed for buyer intent
Enquiry forms sit where a buyer is ready to ask, the calls to action are written for B2B, the contact pathways are short and the page flow was tuned to remove friction. The messaging matches what a distributor is looking for at each point, so the site produces qualified wholesale leads rather than casual enquiries.

Updates, refinements and advice as the business grew
The work did not stop at launch. We kept supporting Exportize with site updates and improvements, UX refinements, sharper messaging and guidance on its digital positioning, so the platform kept pace with a growing international operation rather than falling behind it.

What the numbers did
Four results, as the case study reports them in February 2026, with no measurement window and no analytics source named.
More distributors asking about supply, and more of them serious. The study reports the enquiries changed in kind as well as in number.
Doubled, as the study puts it. No baseline count is given, so the figure stands on its own.
Up from 1 minute 20 seconds, the one before-and-after pair the study gives. Buyers are reading the product pages, not bouncing off them.
No measurement window or analytics source is given for any of the four results. The fourth, that more serious wholesale prospects began reaching out, is not a number. The 35 percent figure is repeated in the testimonial.
"helped us clarify our brand messaging"

Send us the URL and what an enquiry is worth to you. We come back with what we would change, what we would leave alone, and a fixed price. Sometimes the answer is three new pages and a tracking fix, and we say so.
