A recruitment site with an assistant built in.
Recruit Rockstars is a recruitment community and media platform for hiring leaders. It wanted a clean homepage that put its strengths up front (rapid delivery, flat pricing, a money-back guarantee) and got prospects to a simple form. We built a custom Webflow site with a CMS for podcasts, blog and resources, a book giveaway that only appears on exit, and a ChatGPT assistant that routes visitors to a JD, a call or the resources.

A new site with the strengths up front
Recruit Rockstars came to us for a new Webflow site. The brief had three parts: say what the service is, foreground what makes it different, and give the team a CMS to keep building on.
Recruitment services that had to read fast
The homepage had to explain the recruitment services clearly and get prospects started through a simple, effective form. The audience is hiring leaders and executives, and the brief was conversion-oriented from the start: a clean page with one route to getting started.
Four strengths that had to come first
Rapid delivery, affordable flat pricing, a money-back guarantee, and trust from mid-sized companies. The brief was to foreground all four, so a prospect sees why Recruit Rockstars is different before they are asked to do anything.
A foundation the team could keep building on
Recruit Rockstars publishes podcast episodes, blog content and resources, and the site had to give the team a flexible, CMS-powered foundation so content could keep evolving with minimal developer intervention.
A clean, conversion-oriented homepage that clearly communicates their recruitment services, guiding prospects to get started efficiently with a simple, effective form. The objective, as the case study states it
What we built, and what we kept off the page
A custom Webflow build. The layout does the explaining, the giveaway waits until someone leaves, and the assistant handles the questions in between.
A custom Webflow site with a CMS underneath
Designed and developed in Webflow for speed, responsiveness and flexibility, with branding to match a recruitment media brand. A CMS-driven structure lets Recruit Rockstars manage podcast episodes, blog content and resources with minimal developer intervention, and the modular design means new sections and features can be added as the company grows.

Bullets and short blocks instead of long sections
Instead of long, text-heavy sections, the information is broken into clear bullet points and concise blocks. Key details are easy to scan and understand, and the layout stays clean and engaging while doing it. How it works is a short list of steps, the reasons to choose them are a list of ticks, the guarantee is one paragraph, and the saving is a single comparison.

A giveaway that only appears on the way out
No popup on load. The homepage stays simple and on-brand while someone is reading it. The book giveaway is an exit-intent popup, so it appears only when a visitor is about to leave. People still learn about the offer, and the first visit is not interrupted by it.

An assistant that routes visitors to the next step
A ChatGPT assistant trained on the site's content is embedded on the page. It answers questions, helps visitors describe their hiring needs, and routes them to the right next step: submit a JD, book a call or explore the resources. It also captures structured context for the team, so a lead arrives with its details already in place.

What the site does now
The case study reports no traffic, lead or conversion figures; it was published in August 2025 and describes what changed on the page.
CMS-driven and modular, so podcast episodes, posts and resources are managed in-house and new sections are simple to add.
The offer shows only when a visitor is about to leave, so the first read of the homepage is not interrupted.
Trained on the site's content. It routes visitors to a JD, a call or the resources and captures context for the team.
The case study reports no traffic, lead or conversion figures and no before and after. It says the assistant improved lead quality and conversions, but gives no number for either.
"their hands-on approach"
We were impressed with their hands-on approach.

Send us the URL and what an enquiry is worth to you. We come back with what we would change, what we would leave alone, and a fixed price. Sometimes the answer is three new pages and a tracking fix, and we say so.
