Most businesses do not need a web agency. They need someone competent to look after the site they already have: run the updates, fix what breaks, change what needs changing, and reply the same day when something is urgent. That is what our website maintenance service is.

Clients come to us from two directions. Some have a site we built and want it kept in good order. Others have a site somebody else built and a supplier who has stopped answering. One managed-IT firm moved to us this year for exactly that reason: their previous web team took three days to reply to urgent tickets. Nothing about strategy, nothing about design. They bought reliability, and that is what we sell here.

You Are Probably Here Because…

box-img

Tickets take days to get a reply

Something is broken, you have emailed twice, and the person who built the site is busy with a new project.
box-img

Updates are scary, so nobody runs them

Plugins are eighteen months behind because the last update broke the checkout. The site is now a security question.
box-img

The numbers do not add up

The form says forty enquiries, the CRM says twenty-five, the ad platform says sixty. Nobody owns the tracking.

Sound familiar? Send us the URL and we will tell you what we would fix first.

Monthly Report

What You Get With Apexure Website Maintenance

img

A reply within the working day

Every ticket gets a human answer the same working day, with an honest estimate of when it will be done. Urgent means urgent.

img

Hourly blocks, no contract

Plans start at ten hours a month and the hourly rate drops at twenty. Unused hours are visible in your monthly report. Stop whenever you like.

img

WordPress, Webflow, Shopify and custom

We look after sites we did not build. The first month starts with an audit so we know what we have inherited.

img

Tracking is part of the job

Most maintenance providers stop at the site. We also check that GA4, Tag Manager and your form-to-CRM connection still work after every update, because that is what breaks silently.

img

A team, not a freelancer

Developers, a designer and a conversion lead on the same channel. Holidays and sick days do not stop your site getting looked after.

White-label for agencies and MSPs

We work under your brand for your clients if that is how you need it. One agency partner has had us look after some of its clients' sites for years, under its own name.

For Agencies and IT Firms With Client Sites to Look After

If you are an agency, an MSP or a consultancy with a portfolio of client websites, we become the web team behind you. Tickets come to us under your brand, updates run on a schedule you approve, and every client gets a monthly report you can forward. You keep the relationship; we keep the sites up.

For Agencies and IT Firms With Client Sites to Look After

How the First Month Runs

Taking over a site is mostly about finding out what is really there. This is the order we do it in:

1
Access and a full backup

We collect hosting, CMS, DNS and analytics access, then take and test a complete backup before touching anything. If the last backup nobody knew about is from 2023, this is where we find out.

2
Audit and fix list

Outdated software, broken links, redirect chains, slow pages, expired certificates, forms that quietly stopped sending, tracking tags that fire twice. You get the list ranked by risk, with an estimate against each item.

3
Update schedule

Core, plugin and theme updates run on a staging copy first, on a cadence you approve, with a rollback ready. Security patches go in as soon as they are released.

4
Ticket channel

A shared Slack channel or a support address, whichever your team will actually use. Every request gets an acknowledgement the same working day and a done-by estimate.

5
Tracking check

We confirm GA4 and Tag Manager are firing once, that conversions are recorded, and that a test enquiry arrives in your CRM with the right source attached.

6
Monthly report

What was done, hours used against your block, what we recommend next. Short enough to read, detailed enough to forward.

After the first month the site is documented, current and monitored. From then on the hours go on improvements rather than firefighting.

What Clients Say About Working With Us Long-Term

Our company has had Apexure build two incredible websites. Both have been a great experience and they went above and beyond expectations on both sites as well as other fixes they did along the way, including recovering our entire website after a mistake we made, which was a lifesaver for us.
Cody Wohler B2B and D2C ecommerce websites
They designed our new site and helped us to migrate it over seamlessly. They have also helped us to develop new pages and continue to work with us on the maintenance of some of our clients' sites. Work is prompt and accurate, coupled with great levels of communication throughout.
Chris Michael Business Development Manager, 10x.Travel
We have been using Waseem on and off for years now. He always helps where he can, jumps on calls, makes adjustments, and delivers on time. We keep him on a perpetual contract for all these reasons.

Meet the Team That Looks After Your Site

Developers, a designer and a conversion lead on one channel. The same people who build our redesigns run the maintenance plans, so a fix is never handed to someone who has never seen your site.

A Maintenance Plan vs. an In-House Web Person

Coverage

An in-house hire is one person with one skill set and four weeks of holiday. A maintenance plan gives you a developer, a designer and a conversion lead, and someone is always on the channel.

Cost

Ten hours a month covers a typical business site, which is a fraction of a salary, and you only pay for the hours you use.

Breadth

Updates and fixes are the floor. The same hours can go on a landing page, a speed pass, a new lead magnet or a tracking repair, without hiring anyone else.

Knowledge

We have built or looked after sites for more than 300 businesses. When something breaks we have usually seen it before.

Continuity

Every site we maintain is documented in the first month. If your contact changes or ours does, nothing is lost.

Growth

When you are ready for a redesign, a CRM or a tracking rebuild, the people who know your site are already on it. No discovery phase, no handover.

Why Choose Apexure for Website Maintenance?

box-img

Replies the same working day

Every ticket gets a human reply and a done-by estimate the day it comes in. This is the reason most clients switch to us, and the standard we hold ourselves to.
box-img

We check the plumbing

Forms, CRM connections and analytics tags break silently. We test them after every update and tell you when something you did not notice has stopped working.
box-img

Staging first, always

Updates run on a copy of the site before they touch the live one. A rollback is ready before we start.
box-img

Any platform, any builder

WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, WooCommerce, Jekyll and custom code. Sites we built and sites we did not.
box-img

Hours that go further

Once the site is stable, your block goes on improvements. Speed, conversion tweaks, new pages, better tracking.
box-img

No contract

Month to month. Unused hours are visible in the report, and you can stop or scale the block at any time.

Website Maintenance Services FAQs

What does website maintenance cost?

Plans are sold as hourly blocks starting at ten hours a month, with a lower hourly rate at twenty hours or more. You get the rate and a recommended block after we have seen the site. There is no setup fee and no contract.

How quickly do you respond?

Every ticket gets a human reply within the working day, with an estimate of when the work will be done. Genuinely urgent issues, such as a site down or a checkout failing, jump the queue.

Which platforms do you maintain?

WordPress and WooCommerce, Webflow, Shopify, Jekyll and custom-coded sites. We also look after the tools around the site, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, form plugins and CRM connections.

Can you take over a site you did not build?

Yes. Most maintenance clients come to us with a site somebody else built. The first month starts with a full backup and an audit so we know exactly what we have inherited before we change anything.

What counts as maintenance and what is a project?

Updates, fixes, content changes, small design tweaks, speed work and tracking checks come out of your monthly hours. A redesign, a new integration or a new section of the site is quoted separately as a fixed-price project, and you decide.

Do you offer white-label support for agencies?

Yes. We work under your brand for your clients, with tickets, updates and monthly reports delivered the way you need them. We already do this for an agency and for an IT firm, under their names.

Do you check that tracking still works?

After every update we confirm that analytics tags fire once, that conversions are recorded, and that a test enquiry reaches your CRM with the correct source. If your CRM, GA4 and ad platform already disagree, we will find out why.

What happens if I want to stop?

You tell us. There is no notice period. You keep all access and documentation, and we hand over cleanly.

Keep the Site Working. Keep the Hours Visible.

Clients keep a plan running because it is cheaper than the alternative and nothing gets forgotten.

The Things That Go Wrong When Nobody Owns the Site

We find at least three of these in most first-month audits

Plugins two years out of date

Forms that stopped sending

Redirect chains after a redesign

Tracking tags that fire twice

Backups nobody has tested

Expired SSL certificates

Pages that take six seconds to load

Tickets that take days to answer
